At ARC we want artists to negotiate their own space by offering a neutral ground that will license discourse and varied creative insights into the mind of an artist. ARC aims to offer a portal where independent, academic and social artistic groups share interests, practices and principles, while privileging the collective processes, while promoting the disruption of Borders; geographical, economic and symbolic. It is our ambition to stimulate sharing and creativity by providing an outlet for self-expression and uniqueness, while encouraging the sustenance of our intangible and tangible heritages while building a deeper understanding of the value and need for artists’ works. ARC Magazine is a bi-annual, independent visual arts magazine made possible by the support of its readers.
